Negativity…
I’ve just realized that the one of the only reasons why I have a lot of negativity is because I’m around negative people so much. People at work who like to gossip and say negative things about others that more than likely are not true. This causes me to have similar thoughts and ideas about other people. Thoughts that I normally would not have. Of course I would try to keep the negative people out of my life, however, I can’t really escape the people whom I spend my day around. Where are the positive people who have no hatred or disdain towards everyone for no particular reason? I need to chill, have a beer, and clear my thoughts.
